PARC and EPABID celebrate the annual lighting of the Christmas Tree above the Singing Fountain with carolers from Alphabet Academy, music by students from Andrew Jackson School, a visit from Santa Claus, cupcakes for sale from Ms Goody Cupcake truck and free food/drink samples from Avenue restaurants.
